RETURN POLICY

Would you like to return a product? You can start the return process directly by contacting our customer service department at nory.mendil@borosesthetic.com. Below, we have listed the conditions for you. Every products purchased from Boros Esthetic can be returned by mail or picked up at our facility in Lausanne. 

 

1. Return time

 

The return period for all products purchased on the site www.borosesthetic.com and purchased from our institute is 7 days. 

The time limits for returns apply from the date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or the personal return is authentic.

 

 

2. No right of return

 

In the following cases, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns:

- damaged items (except for transport damage);

- products that cannot be returned in their original packaging

- missing accessories 

- Open items in the following categories : hygiene items (tweezers, brushes, etc.);

 

3. Refunds value

 

To the extent that the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply.

 

Full refund at purchase price:

- The item is still in its original packaging that has not been opened and is not damaged,

 

Deduction according to the condition of the goods (minimum 10%, minimum deduction: 10 CHF):

- the item has been opened/used 

 

Individual assessment:

- the item's packaging is damaged.

 

 

4. Return shipping costs

 

Shipping costs for returning items are generally at the sender's expense. In the following cases, return shipping costs are covered by Boros Esthetic.

-upon receipt of an item different from the one ordered;

-In the case of incorrect data in the online store;

-Upon receipt of an item not ordered;

-Upon receipt of an incomplete item.
